Measure down the centre of the back; from the nape of your neck to garment hem.
Shoulder
Measure from shoulder to shoulder; across the back.
Bust
At 2.5 down from the armhole underarm; measure across garment and double the figure.
Waist
At 40cm down from side neck position; measure across the front of the garment then double the figure.
Hip
At 60cm down from side neck position; measure across the front of the garment then double the figure.
Sleeve
Measure from centre of your back to shoulder, and then from your shoulder to the cuff.
