• When can I expect my order?

 Our small team is working as quickly as we can, while taking extra precautions with incoming parcels so our team stays safe. I'd allow up to 10 working days after it has been dispatched for your parcel to reach you. So sorry for the delay, but it will be worth the wait!

• When Shall I expect a 'Made to order' product to dispatch?

Made to order products could take up to 14 days to be made and send out to you.I'd allow up to 10 working days after it has been dispatched for your parcel to reach you.

• I'm not based in the UK. Do I have to pay any Customs and Duties when my order arrives?

Unfortunately, we do not cover any costs of Customs and Duties. As a small independent brand we also don't include any VAT in our prices, so when you're ordering from EU or rest of the world you're only paying the VAT of the country you're based in.

• Could I return my order?

​

Unfortunately ,we don't accept returns on accessories as with the current circumstances, we have to be extra cautious about hygiene. You can only exchange or refund for items that are faulty or wrong size. To return you will have to pay for your own postage( Please use Tracked Shipping, If Item Is lost we can not process the Refund of Exchange)

Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days( though at peak times,this can increase and would be noted)
